 In News

We are pleased to announce that Hope in Focus has been awarded a $5,000 grant on September 3, 2024, from Amgen through their #RAREis Global Advocate Grant prog

ram. This support means so much to us and the rare disease communities we support, especially those facing the challenges of visual impairments caused by Leber congenital amaurosis (LCA) and other IRDs.

With this grant, we will complete the analysis of our LCA community survey and leverage those insights to update our resources and website to better serve the needs of our LCA community

We extend our sincere gratitude to Amgen for their support and for empowering organizations like ours to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families facing these challenges.

Amgen, a leading biotechnology company, supports those affected by rare diseases through their #RAREis Global Advocate Grant, offering funding to 75 organizations across 18 countries this year.
