‘Seeing Hope’: LCA Family Newsletter

Sofia Sees Hope published Seeing Hope, its first newsletter in October, a keystone of its advocacy and outreach program for families living with Leber congenital amaurosis.

“The goal of Seeing Hope is to share family stories and research updates, ad to strengthen the patient’s voice in advancing cures for blindness,” said Laura Manfre, co-founder of the nonprofit. “Our hope is that this newsletter will connect you to those living with rare retinal disease. If you are one of those families or individuals, we hope it wil bring yo comfort to know that while your disease may be rare, you aren’t alone.
